Within the EU, customs borders have ceased to exist, but there is still a lot of shopping for borders. It is much more permissible than in the normal Duty Free trade, but these maximum quotas apply everywhere in the EU - no matter whether you travel to Romania or to any other EU-country. For you not to purchase more than the border police allow, here is once again the maximum quota for your purchase and destination. Please note that Serbia is not a member of the EU, and therefore operates with a different quota, as can be seen below.
